Hours of Operation
Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Later appointments available by appointment only.

First Time Patients
We ask that first time patients arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary documentation.

Cancellations
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment and did not provide proper notice, there will be a $40 fee to get back on to the schedule.

Late Arrivals
In order to remain on schedule for all of our patients, late arrivals will not be granted extended service time. Appointments will conclude as scheduled. Any patient arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule.

Cell Phones/Electronic devices
To preserve the relaxation of our patients, please have all cell phones/electronic devices silenced when entering the building.
